Treatment is always solution focused, designed to make the maximum impact in the minimum timeframe.  Treatment is guided by the client centred approach; this means that each client is respected as a unique individual, requiring a custom-made treatment programme tailored to their specific needs and goals.  Cognitive-behavioural and NLP techniques are also employed as appropriate.

Although a blend of counselling and hypnotherapy is often appropriate, some people feel more comfortable to have counselling only.  This is fine, as long as the client recognises that therapy is usually several sessions quicker when hypnosis is employed!

Counselling is also the better option for people with a history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, or bipolar (manic) depression.
